Out Data Entry Process

  1. The documents to be processed are first scanned and uploaded to an online server using secure FTP.
  2. Five Splash team retrieves the documents over VPN, or downloads the files.
  3. The documents are then indexed, sorted and moved to private work folders for easier allocation of work.
  4. The data is entered into specific applications that are developed by Five Splash (FiveS Digital), or into spreadsheets as per client requirements.
  5. All data goes through a round of quality checks before being sent to the customer.
  6. Error rates are monitored and kept to the minimum.
