Current Requirements

1. Business Development cum Sales Personnel

Education: Graduate/postgraduate
Experience: 5/6 years of relevant BPO/KPO sales experience
Require dedicated Business Development cum Sales personnel preferably at Delhi/Jaipur/Ahmedabad/Udaipur. Required to travel pan India for Business Development & Sales activity.

The candidate should be:
  • Experienced in BPO (voice and back office) domain for domestic market space
  • Experience in international market will be an added advantage
  • Having acquired skills of business processes in generic sense and be able to draw and drive  processes for ease and better customer experience
  • Having fair understanding of costing and good at analytics
  • Self motivated, self driven
  • Analytical with a rational approach
  • Mobile, ready to travel as per business needs
  • Own sense of responsibility and ownership; to be empowered to work for self.
  • Experienced enough to generate the lead, track, and work till the closure.
Remuneration: 5-8 Lakhs PA plus performance linked incentives

2. Team Leader (2 nos.)

Graduate with 2-3 years of Team handling experience in KPO domain. Posses’ good inter-personal skills & understanding on Ms- excel.

3. Data Entry Executive (50 nos.)

Fresher Graduate/ back office or data entry experience with good typing speed.

4. Quality Analysts (3 nos.)

Graduation in any discipline. 6 months to 1 year experience. Well versed with MS Excel.

5. Call Center Executive Domestic (25 nos.)

Graduate freshers or with 1-2 yrs. of call center experience with good understanding of English.

6. Counsellor (5 nos.)

MBA with 2 years of counseling experience. Good command on Ms-office. Boys are preferred.

7. Telecaller (10 nos.)

XII or under-graduate fresher or having relevant experience.
